<p>PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting display device and a deterioration compensating method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption required for deterioration compensation by adjusting a compensation target according to the degree of deterioration. CONSTITUTION: A display panel includes multiple pixels and displays an image. A deterioration sensing circuit senses threshold voltages of OLEDs(Organic Light-Emitting Diode) and calculates a deterioration average value(ΔAvg) based on the sensed threshold voltages of the OLEDs. A compensation target adjustment part(151) adjusts a compensation target according to the deterioration average value. A data modulation part(152) adds or subtracts a brightness compensation value, which is determined by the adjusted compensation target, to and from input digital video data(RGB) and modulates the input digital video data.
