<p>PURPOSE: A white cement composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the strength of the white cement composition. CONSTITUTION: A white cement composition comprises 100kg of cement, 50-70kg of slag, 10-15kg of gypsum, 10-15kg of calcium hydroxide, 1-3kg of alkali activator, 1-3kg of white pigment and 0-20kg of white cement. The Blaine(specific surface area) of the white cement composition is 2,500-5,500. The alkali stimulant is one compound selected from hydroxide ion group(the calcium hydroxide, the potassium hydroxide, and the NaOH) or silicate(sodium silicate), or sulfate ion group(the calciumsulfate, and the aluminium sulfate).
