PURPOSE: A display device is provided to form a groove part on a substrate extension part which extends one side of a second substrate and to cover a plurality of data pad parts on a first substrate by the groove part, thereby removing a separate part which covers the plurality of data pad parts. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(112) of a display panel(110) includes a plurality of data pad parts which are connected to a plurality of data lines. A substrate extension part(114a) of a second substrate(114) is extended with a predetermined length, and is supported by a panel support part(150). The substrate extension part covers each data pad. A groove part(114b) of the second substrate is concavely formed in the substrate extension part and forms a space between the substrate extension part and the data pad. |
