PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing the dephosphorized slag of ferromanganese is provided to add SiO2 to the slag in order to stabilize the slag with compositely oxidizing Ba among the slag, thereby preventing the elution of Ba in burying the slag. CONSTITUTION: A method for stabilizing the dephosphorized slag of ferromanganese includes the following steps: a step (S101) of adding SiO2 to the slag after finishing a dephosphorization reaction for the ferromanganese using a dephosphorous flux containing Ba; and a step of (S102) of generating Ba2SiO4 with reacting Ba among the slag and SiO2 added to the slag. Temperature for reacting SiO2 is 1250 to 1450 Celsius degrees. The adding amount of SiO2 allows a mole ratio of Ba and Si to be below 5.
