PURPOSE: A soil-recovering agent is provided to remove salt through a reduction treatment, to restrain generation of microorganism, and to improve physical and chemical properties of soil. CONSTITUTION: A soil-recovering agent is obtained by mixing a first processed product and a second processed product. The first processed product is obtained by cultivating 1.0-5.0 parts by weight of clostridium in100.0 parts by weight of a first organic material. The first organic material comprises grain or grain by-product containing starchy to be decomposed by microorganism in soil within 30 days, and one or more selected from fruits containing sugar components. The second processed material is obtained by cultivating 1.0-5.0 parts by weight of yeast in 100.0 parts by weight of a second organic material decomposed by microorganism in soil within 90 days.
