PURPOSE: A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) assembly and a mobile terminal including the same are provided to effectively radiate heat which is generated in an electronic device, by including a heat-radiation fin, which radiates the generated heat in the electronic device to the outside, in a shield can. CONSTITUTION: A PCB assembly(230) includes an electronic device(30) included in a PCB; and a shield can(10) shielding at least one electronic device. The shield can includes a heat-radiation fin(12) radiating the heat, which is generated in the shielded electronic device, to the outside.
