PURPOSE: A cap for protecting the end of a pipe is provided to easily install to the end of a pipe and to easily separate the protective cap connected to the end using a grip unit formed in the protective cap. CONSTITUTION: A cap(1) for protecting the end of a pipe comprises the inner cap surface(10) and the outer cap surface(15) formed in a cylindrical shape on the inner and outer circumference of the upper strap surface(13) to form a pipe insertion unit between the inner cap surface and the outer cap surface. A bottom plate is integrally formed on the lower end of the inner cap surface and a central gripping protrusion(20) is formed in the center of the outer surface of the bottom plate with the inner cap surface in parallel. A flange is formed on the lower end of the outer cap surface towards the outside.
