PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a partially melted twist yarn through a false twisting machine is provided to improve production speed by partially melting a synthetic fiber filament yarn and to control bonding. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a partially melted twist yarn comprises a first feed roller(3), a first heater(4), a yarn guide(2), a cooling plate(5), a false twisting unit(7), a second feed roller(8), a second heater(10), a third feed roller(9), and a winding device(12), and additionally has a fourth feed roller(15) between the cooling plate and the false twisting unit. The drawing ration is controlled using the first and fourth feed rollers. The tension of the synthetic fiber filament yarn supplied to the false twisting unit is controlled using the second feed roller.
