PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and an aging processing method thereof are provided to minimize the deference of the deterioration between pixels of the same color and the nonuniformity of brightness of a panel in an aging process. CONSTITUTION: R pixels, G pixels, and B pixels are grouped with the number of N(N is a positive integer more than 2)(S10). R groups of the number of N consisting of the R pixels successively are aged at a preset time interval(S20). G groups of the number of N consisting of the G pixels successively are aged at a preset time interval(S30). B groups of the number of N consisting of the B pixels successively are aged at a preset time interval(S40).
