PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of soy sauce and bean paste which contains herb medicine components is provided to steadily contribute to health of body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of soy sauce and bean paste which contains herb medicine components comprises the following steps: brewing the herbal medicine components in a water bath method; melting 4kg of salts into 20L of concentrate and precipitating for 24 hours or more; mixing the 20L of concentrate with salt with 15kg of fermented soybeans 15kg and storing the same; aging a mixture mixed with the fermented soybeans; separating the mature mixture into bean paste and soy sauce; and storing the separated bean paste and soy sauce in a separate storing container and fermenting the same.
