<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to improve a thermal characteristic and to reduce surface resistance by using a second electrode consisting of a low resistivity electrode, a second layer, and a third layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode(E) includes a first electrode(147), a second electrode(258), and a light emitting layer(230). A second layer(258b) is a triple-layered structure consisting of a first layer(258a) made of a first metal material, a second layer(258b) made of the first and a second metal material(A+D), and a third layer(258c). The ratio of the first metal material and the second metal material is 1:5 to 1:20. The thickness of the second layer of a second electrode is same as or thicker than that of the third layer. The second metal material includes magnesium and calcium.</p> |
