摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode is provided to uniformly diffuse current through a light emission region by forming a current blocking pattern between a semiconductor structure layer and a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor structure layer(150) is formed on a conductive substrate(110). A pad pattern(170) is formed on the semiconductor structure layer. The pad pattern includes at least one bonding pad(172), an electric current dispersion pad(174), and an extension part(176). At least one bonding pad is formed on the edge of the surface of the semiconductor structure layer. At least one extension part connects the bonding pad to the electric current dispersion pad. A current blocking pattern is formed between the semiconductor structure layer and the conductive substrate.
