An oil supply structure for a scroll compressor is provided to smoothly introduce oil collected in an oil pocket into a thrust bearing surface. An oil supply structure for a scroll compressor comprises a main frame(10) fixed to a casing filled with a certain amount of oil, a fixed scroll installed on the main frame, an orbiting scroll, a driving shaft, and an Oldham's coupling interposed between the main frame and the orbiting scroll to pivot the orbiting scroll. The main frame includes a bearing hole(11) having an oil pocket(12) formed at an upper portion of the bearing hole. The oil pocket is provided at inner peripheral surface thereof a first oil groove(14a) to guide the oil collected in the oil pocket to a thrust bearing surface(Ts). The thrust bearing is formed with a second oil groove(14b) which is communicated with the first oil groove. |
