PURPOSE: An ACK/NACK transmission method and a device thereof in a wireless communication system based TDD (Time Division Duplex) are provided to reduce the size of ACK/NACK payloads between a base station and a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal (50) includes a memory (51), an RF unit, and a processor. The memory is connected to the processor and stores various data for running the processor. The RF unit is connected to the processor and transmits or receives a wireless signal. The processor receives a downlink transmission block in an M downlink sub-frame regarding to each serving cell from a base station and also receives an uplink grant including uplink resource allocation and piggy back information from the base station. The processor determines an ACK/NACK response regarding to the downlink transmission block, performs multiplex transmission of the response to the uplink transmission block and allocates uplink resources in the uplink sub-frame to the base station.
