A control panel assembly and a washing machine having the same are provided to improve exterior appearance by integrally forming a plurality of buttons and regulating locations of buttons on a front surface of a control panel. A control panel assembly of a washing machine comprises a button assembly(200), and a control panel. The button assembly has a plurality of buttons(220), a location regulating rib, and a frame(210). The user can press the plural buttons to select driving condition of the washing machine. The location regulating rib is formed at side surface of the buttons, and regulates location of the buttons which is inserted to an insert hole of the control panel. The frame is formed at the back surface of the control panel and integrally connects the buttons. The plural buttons are exposed on a front surface of the control panel through a plurality of insert holes. |
