CONSTITUTION: A portable shopping basket utilizing a hinge apparatus offer convenience to do the shopping for a long time by easily adjusting the angle of an existing handle, which is capable of controlling the only vertically. The portable shopping basket utilizing the hinge apparatus enable users to purchase more goods by enlarging a storage space with four poles and cloth.
