PURPOSE: A wireless communication base station and a driving method thereof are provided to connect a digital unit to a plurality of radio units by using an installed UTP(Unshielded Twisted Pair) cable. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of radio units(141) transmits and receives wireless signals. A digital unit(220) is connected to the radio units through UTP cables.
