PURPOSE: An image data based remote monitoring control system is provided to prevent the malfunction of field facilities or control errors due to data inconsistency at a field and a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A field control device(100) includes a camera unit(110) and a control unit(120). The camera unit obtains field facilities and the surrounding environment of the field facilities as images. The control unit determines whether image data is valid or not by comparing reference image data and the image data obtained in the camera unit and transmits the valid image data to the outside. A remote server device(200) receives the valid image data from the field control device and transmits a control command to the field control device based on the image data.
