PURPOSE: A wire feeding apparatus with a bobbin for controlling the tension of a wire is provided to stably control the tension of the wire by controlling the rotation of the bobbin when the tension of the wire is changed. CONSTITUTION: A wire feeding apparatus comprises a body(2), a bobbin(4), first and second guides, a guide rod(8), a dancer body(9), and a chain brake lining(10). The bobbin comprises a drum(13). The first and second guides are separately installed on the outside of the bobbin to guide a wire drawn out from the bobbin. The drum is coupled to a shaft rod(3) to rotate together when the shaft rod rotates. The shaft rod comprises a receiving hole for accommodating a motor(14).
