PURPOSE: A high rate discharge valve including a collet sleeve release mechanism is provided to have a quick discharge rate and high weight flux. CONSTITUTION: A high rate discharge valve including a collet sleeve release mechanism comprises a valve main body which has a center bore and a chamber cavity; an outlet connected to the chamber cavity; a valve member including a stem which supports the valve member through displacement of the valve member from a first location to a second location, on a bore shaft; an inlet which is connected to the bore; one protrusion part which has a collet including finger near the stem and is near a first end part; a hinge mechanism for enabling a main body part connected to the first end part to rotate; and a collet sleeve release mechanism including an operation apparatus contacted to the operation pad.
