摘要 PURPOSE: A terahertz continuous wave system and a 3D image acquisition method thereof are provided to deposit a photoconductor thin film directly on a silicon substrate and to mount a meta-material lens on the silicon substrate, thereby simplifying the entire manufacturing process and removing the factors of generating errors. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz continuous wave system(10) comprises a terahertz wave generator(100), a nondestructive detector(200), and a 3D image processor(600). The terahertz wave generator generates terahertz continuous waves. The nondestructive detector radiates the generated terahertz continuous waves to a specimen and regulates the radiated terahertz continuous waves while moving the specimen two-dimensionally at a predetermined interval, thereby measuring a change in the terahertz continuous waves. The 3D image processor acquires 3D images using 2D images corresponding to the measured terahertz continuous waves.
