PURPOSE: A position information processing unit and a position information processing method are provided to reduce an error range using a satellite signal received in a mobile phone and to calculate more accurate position information. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone(200) includes a GPS reception unit(210), a control unit(220) and a bluetooth transmission unit(230). The GPS reception unit receives a second satellite signal through an antenna. The control unit controls overall functions of the mobile phone and transmits the second satellite signal through the bluetooth transmission unit to a position information processing device(100). The position information processing device includes a map information storage unit(110), a navigation control unit(120), a bluetooth reception unit(130), a GPS reception unit(140), and a GPS information processing unit(150). The bluetooth reception unit receives the second satellite signal transmitted from the mobile phone. The GPS information processing unit compares a first satellite signal transmitted through the GPS reception unit with the second satellite signal transmitted through the bluetooth reception unit.
