<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform correct cutting by preventing a return in positioning a binding body at a cutting position, in a bookbinding device for cutting an unnecessary peripheral part and the like of the binding body to form a booklet. <P>SOLUTION: The bookbinding device is constituted so that, for a binding body 11 which advances on advance guides 23A, 23B without having a transport mechanism at a cutting position and is stopped by a second movable stopper 27 at the cutting position, a return when the binding body 11 collides with a second movable stopper 27 is regulated by movable return regulation parts 26A, 26B which are moved downward by the binding body 11 when the binding body 11 passes therethrough, and project to mounting surfaces of the advance guides 23A, 23B after the binding body 11 passes therethrough. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
