<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce imbalance of a rotational shaft, in high-speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: A spindle unit includes: a spindle housing (71); bearings (73, 74) installed to the spindle housing (71); a spindle shaft (72) rotatably supported by the bearings (73, 74); and a tubular member (75) having a shaft insertion hole (753) in which the spindle shaft (72) is inserted. A gap is formed between an outer peripheral face (722) of the spindle shaft (72) and the shaft insertion hole (753). The tubular member (75) is installed to the spindle housing (71) at both end parts (752) in a rotational shaft direction. A liquid-tight space (S) is filled with water, and is formed around the shaft insertion hole (753), to make the tubular member (75) abut on the spindle shaft (72), by water pressure applied to the liquid-tight space (S). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
