PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measuring apparatus for correcting irradiation lines to be intersected with a contour of a hole.

SOLUTION: The three-dimensional measuring apparatus includes: a circle extraction part 31 for creating first contour image information indicating a contour of an inner hole and further creating second contour image information indicating a contour of an outer hole; a line extraction part 32 for creating first line image information indicating a plurality of inside lines between the inner hole and the outer hole and further creating second line image information indicating a plurality of outside lines around the outer hole; an inner circle coordinate calculation part 33 for calculating center coordinates of the inner hole based on the first contour image information and the first line image information; and an outer circle coordinate calculation part 34 for calculating center coordinates of the outer hole based on the second contour image information and the second line image information. The plurality of inside lines are composed of a pair of vertical lines mutually separated by a predetermined distance and aligned in a vertical direction and a pair of horizontal lines mutually separated by a predetermined distance and aligned in a horizontal direction, and the inner circle coordinate calculation part 33 performs correction so that either one pair of lines out of the pair of vertical lines and the pair of horizontal lines are extended to the side of the other pair of lines.
