<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health aid tool that allows even elderly people to readily practice exercise and build their muscle. <P>SOLUTION: The health aid tool has a body 1 provided with two holes 4 for inserting feet arranged in parallel right and left and standing upright. The holes 4 for inserting the feet are designed to insert one foot and the other foot individually, and are respectively big enough for the foot to slide in the right and left direction inside. Furthermore, the health aid tool has a load adjustment tool 6 and the body 1 has a dividing means.
