PURPOSE: A panel member of a bearing wall type modular structure and a manufacturing method is provided to simplify a manufacturing process in a construction site in construction of a modular structure in order to shorten construction period by manufacturing a frame panel, a finishing material, and an insulating material into one unit in a factory. CONSTITUTION: A panel member(100) of a bearing wall type modular structure comprises a first finishing member(110), a second finishing member(120), a first stud member(130), a second stud member(140), and an insulating material(170). The first finishing member and the second finishing member are installed in order to be faced with each other. The first stud member includes an opening(131) in the one way direction and is integrally connected to the first finishing member. The second stud member includes an opening(141) in the one way direction and is integrally connected to the second finishing member by being separated with the first stud member. The insulating material is integrally installed between the first finishing member and the second finishing member. |
