A rotary compressor can reduce abrasion resulted from baffle plate accompanied lubricity deterioration during low-speed operation and abrasion resulted from baffle plate accompanied lubricity deterioration caused by spatial volumetric difference respectively existing on a path where lubricating oil is supplied to a baffle plate and a path where the lubricating oil is supplied to a bearing in a low-cost way, and also can prevent lock and firing of the baffle plate. Heat treatment is performed for the baffle plate (9), so as to enable the baffle plate (9) to have a hardness difference in the way that the hardness of the baffle plate (9) is higher than the hardness of a main bearing (5) and a supplementary bearing (6). In this way, supply quantity of the lubricating oil is small, thereby reducing abrasion resulted from the baffle plate accompanied lubricity deterioration during low-speed operation when the supply of the lubricating oil to the baffle plate is later than the supply of the main and supplementary bearing, reducing abrasion resulted from supply delay of the lubricating oil to the baffle plate caused by the spatial volumetric difference respectively existing on the path where the lubricating oil is supplied to the baffle plate and the path where the lubricating oil is supplied to a bearing, and also preventing lock and firing of the baffle plate. |
