<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the change of brightness of an image as much as possible with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A change from a first state to a second state is performed to perform focusing, a first state where the aperture diameter of a diaphragm is a first aperture diameter, a shutter speed is a first shutter speed, and an image is photographed with a predetermined exposure and a second state where the aperture diameter of the diaphragm is a second aperture diameter being the aperture diameter larger than the first aperture diameter, the shutter speed is a second shutter speed faster than the first shutter speed, and the image is photographed with the predetermined exposure.
