PURPOSE: A parking brake device for a vehicle is provided to lower a production cost and to reduce components by maintaining a predetermined lever ratio and removing an existing inputting member when operating a lever. CONSTITUTION: A parking brake device(1) for a vehicle comprises a lever bracket(10), a parking lever(20), a rotary shaft bracket, a second rotary shaft, a first rotary arm(50), and a second rotary arm(60). The lever bracket is fixed to one side floor panel of the driver's seat of a vehicle. The parking lever is rotatably coupled in the upper side of the lever bracket through the first rotary shaft. The parking lever comprises a rotation hole(21) in a predetermined position and an insertion member(23) inserted into the rotation hole. The rotary shaft bracket is fixed to a floor panel by corresponding to the lever bracket. The second rotary shaft is rotatably connected to the lever bracket and rotary shaft bracket. The first rotary arm is connected to the second rotary shaft and insertion member and rotates along with the rotation of the parking lever. The second rotary arm is connected to the second rotary shaft and a connection rod(61). The second rotary arm rotates through the second rotary shaft at a regular angel along with the rotation of the first rotary arm.
