PURPOSE: A general purpose jig of a substrate cutter is provided to set the jig to fit a substrate with simple control because an X-axis array member and a Y-axis array member are equipped on the jig. CONSTITUTION: A general purpose jig of a substrate cutter comprises a base(131), first and second movement brackets(133a,133b), a sensor(161), a guide member, a first driving member, a standard wall(132c), and a second driving member. The guide member guides the linear motion to the first direction of the first and second movement brackets. The standard wall is formed to the base along the first direction. The second driving member pushes a substrate along the second direction perpendicular to the first direction and includes an array protrusion(138a) adhering to the standard wall. |
