<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner easy in maintenance of a drain pan while suppressing a discharging defect of drain caused by foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: The drain pan 3 for receiving drain dropped from a heat exchanger 2 is provided in the lower side of the heat exchanger 2. A water storage part 9 stores the drain received by the drain pan 3. A pump 10 sucks the drain from the water storage part 9. A first drainage channel 5 introduces the drain from the drain pan 3 to the water storage part 9. A second drainage channel 6 is provided in the upper side from the first drainage channel 5 and guides the drain from the drain pan 3 to the water storage part 9.
