<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a synonymous operation dictionary for a document used for a work for operating a system. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes: extracting, for each of first and second work items of plural work items, an operation string that includes a first operation common to the first and second work items, a second operation common to the first and second work items, and a third operation that appears between the first and second work items and is not common thereto from an operation list storage part storing plural operations in sequence of appearance, the plural operations that include an operation target and a verb in correlation with a related work item of plural work items included in a work instruction; determining whether a condition is satisfied, the condition that the third operation of the first work item is the same as the third operation of the second work item and that the first operation target of the third operation of the first work item is the same or considered to be the same as the second operation target of the third operation of the second work item; and storing the third operation of the first work item and the third operation of the second work item in a synonymous operation data storage part if the aforementioned condition is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
