摘要 PURPOSE: A production method is provided to cook an excellent dish with exceptional nutrients using chicken breast meat. The chicken breast meat soaked in the mixture is divided into multiple pieces. The divided chicken breast meat is ground with a mixed material of chopped onions, carrots, herbs, an Angelica utilis makino extract, pepper powder, bread powder, egg white, and the curry sauce. The ground mixed materials are blended after adding starch. Chicken breast meat dough is produced by kneading the mixed materials with starch until viscosity is formed. Multiple balls are produced by rolling parts of the chicken breast meat dough. The multiple balls are roasted. Spices are added in a process of grinding the mixed materials.
