摘要 PURPOSE: A direct injection type swirl injector for a high pressure environment is provided to mix injected fuel with air inside a combustion chamber properly as a swirl is generated when the fuel injected through a nozzle unit passes through swirl induction holes of a swirl induction unit. CONSTITUTION: A direct injection type swirl injector for a high pressure environment comprises a cap unit(210), a swirl induction unit(220), and an injection unit(230). The cap unit is detachably joined to the lower part of a nozzle unit(120) or a nozzle body(110). The swirl induction unit is formed in the inner bottom surface of the cap unit so that the outer surface of the swirl induction unit is separated from the inner surface of the cap unit when the upper part of the swirl induction unit is separated from the nozzle unit. Swirl induction holes(222) connected with a swirl forming space(221) are formed in the outer surface of the swirl induction unit. Fuel flown into a fuel inflow space flows to the swirl forming space through the swirl induction holes while a swirl is generated. The injection unit is extended in the lower part of the swirl induction unit, thereby being penetrated through the lower part of the cap unit. Injection holes(231) communicated with the swirl forming space are formed so that the fuel which was flown into the swirl forming space is injected to the outside.
