<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food having new texture by thickening or gelling an oil-water mixture; to provide new food using a technique of thickening and gelling fat and water at the same time in a system containing fat and water; and to provide food that makes effective use of conventionally discarded food materials, or waste water, dripping water, gravy and the like which are generated during food manufacturing processes as one food. <P>SOLUTION: A gel-like and/or sol-like composition for daily dishes, which comprises an oil component containing emulsifier and a water component containing thickening stabilizing agent, is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
