<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature adjusting device for a power storage module having improved assemblability. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature adjusting device 100 for adjusting a temperature of a power storage module 10 formed by laminating a plurality of capacitors 1 capable of storing electrical charges, comprises fluid channels 20 that are formed along a periphery of the capacitor 1, contact with the capacitor 1, and can exchange heat between the fluid and the capacitor 1 by flowing the fluid in the fluid channels.
