<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resolver in which the detection accuracy of turning angle is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The resolver comprises: a resolver rotor 1 attached to the rotating shaft of a rotary electric machine; and a resolver stator 2 provided to surround the resolver rotor 1. The resolver stator 2 has a stator core 3 having a plurality of teeth 3a projecting inward on the circular inner peripheral side, and the main deformation mode of the stator core 3 during the processing is deformation of secondary mode where the inner peripheral side becomes elliptical. At least one of the integers of ¾A±B¾ and the integers of ¾A±B±4¾ represented by the magnetomotive force order of the resolver and the shaft angle B of the resolver rotor 1 match each other. The stator core 3 is formed so that the rolling direction 22 of the material of the stator core 3 becomes substantially the same direction as the longitudinal axis direction 21 of secondary mode deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
