<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of outputting a slope compensation current while generating an oscillation signal. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit has first to third current sources each outputting a constant current. The oscillation circuit has first to fifth MOS transistors. The oscillation circuit has a first capacitor whose one end is connected to one end of the first MOS transistor, and whose the other end is connected to a second potential line. The oscillation circuit has a first resistor whose one end is connected to one end of the second MOS transistor, and whose the other end is connected to the second potential line.
