PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent electrical connection among irregularly distributed conductive chips through an insulation layer formed on the surface of a conductive chip and to electrically connect conductive chips by a part exposed to an upper surface and a lower surface of an insulation base of the conductive chip. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of conductive chips (120) is irregularly distributed inside an insulation polymer base (110) and has a size the same as the thickness of the insulation polymer base. The conductive chip is exposed to an upper plane and a lower plane of the insulation polymer base and is electrically connected in an up-down direction. An insulation layer (130) is formed on the outer surface of the conductive chip located within the insulation polymer base and electrically short-circuits the conductive chip in the horizontal direction.
