PURPOSE: Ohgwangdae mask chocolate is provided to offer a distinguished form of chocolates shaped into ohgwangdae mask forms, and to have an excellent nutrient component and an active ingredient of dried gourd shavings and Lufa cylindrica. CONSTITUTION: Ohgwangdae mask chocolate comprises 40-80 parts by weight of whipped cream, and 10-20 parts by weight of dried gourd shavings powder for 100 parts by weight of chocolate. Lufa cylindrica powder is used instead of the dried gourd shavings powder. |
