PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyester resin is provided to improve the dispersity of inorganic particles in a master batch chip, to improve transparency, and to have excellent processing ability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyester resin comprises a step of conducting a polycondensation of a terephthalic acid and diol or dicarboxylic acid and diol, under a condition of 0.5wt% or less of metal catalyst and 0.5wt% or less of thermal stabilizer while containing 5wt% or less of nanoparticles with a particle diameter of 500nm or less, uniformizing the distribution thereof, and making haze at 15% or less. The nanoparticle is selected from titanium oxide, alumina, aluminosilicate, silicon dioxide, calcium oxide, calcium oxide, barium sulfate, talc, mica, kaolinite, and zeolite.
