PURPOSE: A sidewall precipitate removing apparatus of a settling pond of a water purification plant is provided to hygienically manage and maintain a sidewall of the settling pond by operating in attachment to a bottom sediment removing apparatus without separate power. CONSTITUTION: A sidewall precipitate removing apparatus of a settling pond of a water purification plant comprises: a main post(6); a brush control rod(4) which is fixed to the main post, and enables to adjust the length; and a brush clamp(3) equipped with a replaceable brush(1) which is fixed to the brush control rod. The main post is fixed to the upper surface of a bottom sediment removing apparatus(20) which scraps the bottom(50) of the settling pond of a tap water purification plant. A sidewall precipitate removing apparatus removes precipitates attached to the sidewall by the curve of a sidewall(30) in connection with the bottom sediment removing apparatus without a separate driving source. A bending column(7) is hinged to the upper end of the main post. The bending column and the main post are connected by an extension spring. A roller(8) is arranged on the upper end of the bending column to the direction which the extension spring is installed.
