<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body assembly system that can use a common robot to assembly main back components of at least five model types, being different among model types, in a main back step of a vehicle body assembly line. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle body assembly system includes a truck unit 110 which is movably provided at a work position for a main back step, for loading a floor panel 1 of a vehicle body, a robot hanger 150 which rotates a side panel under a condition in which a side panel 3 moved to the work position is regulated in the inside direction, an alignment jig 170 which is configured to get on/off from both sides of the work position and aligns the side panel 3 having been rotated by the robot hanger 150 at a correct position, a side common jig 190 which is attached to a handling robot R2 and regulates the side panel 3 on the alignment jig 170, and a side post unit 210 which is configured on both sides of the floor panel 1 and regulates the side common jig 190 and moves the side common jig 190 to both sides of the floor panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
