PURPOSE: A handcart for moving in stairs is provided to smoothly climb up and down the stairs using a stair driving belt. CONSTITUTION: A handcart for moving in stairs comprises a body frame(10), a pair of mounting brackets(20), a lower belt pulley(30), a driving wheel(40), a pair of driving belt inclination control plates(50), an upper belt pulley(60), a guide wheel(70), a stair driving belt(80), and a locking device(90). A pallet is attached to the bottom of the body frame. The mounting brackets are attached to the rear side of both sides of the body frame. The lower belt pulley and the driving wheel are rotationally installed on both sides of a lower wheel shaft(24). The driving belt inclination control plates are rotationally coupled to an upper mounting bracket of the lower wheel shaft on a rotary shaft(51). Multiple locking holes are formed in the upper part of the driving belt inclination control plates. The upper belt pulley and the guide wheel are rotationally installed on both sides of an upper wheel shaft(54).
