<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire door which has improved fireproof performance without spoiling design of the door. <P>SOLUTION: An entrance door 1 includes a connection part 32 and a bent part 34A which have a support face in parallel with the axial direction of a through-hole 24 passing through a door 3 and are arranged inside the door 3, and a thermal foam material 40 which is attached to the support face of the connection part 32 and the bent part 34A. The thermal foam material 40 expands to block the through-hole 24 when heated to a predetermined temperature or higher. The connection part 32, the bent part 34A, and the thermal foam material 40 are arranged inside the door 3, eliminating the necessity of installing an escutcheon plate on the surface of the door 3. The fireproof performance of a fireproof door is thus improved without spoiling the design. The thermal foam material 40 expands to block the through-hole 24 when heated to a predetermined temperature or higher, so that the through-hole 24 is blocked with the thermal foam material 40 alone even when a component such as a handle melts away from the through-hole 24.
