<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling a medical institute or an insurer to highly accurately calculate the medical costs of each disease on the basis of stored receipt data in order to analyze medical costs, and to provide a DPC inspection system for calculating the medical costs of each disease, and for estimating the maximum resource-invested disease on the basis of DPC receipt data. <P>SOLUTION: The medical cost analysis system includes: disease name data storage means for storing disease name data in association with case data ID; medical practice medicine specifying instrument data storage means for storing medical practice medicine specifying instrument data and corresponding medical costs in association with the case data ID; and medical practice medicine specifying instrument data-adaptive disease name data storage means for storing the disease name data and result data adaptive to each medical practice medicine specifying instrument. The medical cost analysis system determines the distribution ratio of the sum of the disease name data corresponding to the medical practice medicine specifying instrument data and the medical practice medicine specifying instrument data corresponding to the disease name data from the means mentioned above, and calculates the sum of the medical practice medicine specifying instrument data corresponding to the disease name data of the case data ID from the medical costs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
