<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a high accuracy output unavailable case where lapse time after a previous adjustment processing execution is used when determining the necessity of adjustment processing execution before printing a job, not taking into consideration a phenomenon where not only lapse time but also a number of output pages can be a big factor of color fluctuation, etc.. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor preliminarily stores adjustment processing information necessary for a print job with respect to the print job which needs adjustment processing of a printer before executing printing. When the print job is input, the image processor verifies the print job and the adjustment processing information, and determines whether an execution confirmation of the adjustment processing is necessary. When the execution confirmation of the adjustment processing is determined to be necessary, the image processor acquires the number of output pages after previously executing the target adjustment processing, compares with a threshold number included in the adjustment processing information, and thereby determines the necessity of the execution of the adjustment processing before printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
