<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas recirculating device for recirculating a large quantity of exhaust gas with high responsiveness while restraining the deterioration of fuel efficiency performance and the contamination and the corrosion of a compressor. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust manifold 11 of a diesel engine 10 is divided into a sub-exhaust manifold 11A for a first cylinder #1 and a main exhaust manifold 11B for other cylinders. An intake manifold 16 is also divided into a sub-intake manifold 16A for the first cylinder #1 and a main intake manifold 16B for the other cylinders. A sub-intake pipe 17A is connected to a collector of the sub-intake manifold 16A, and a main intake pipe 17B is connected to a collector of the main intake manifold 16B. An EGR pipe 15 is further arranged for connecting the sub-exhaust manifold 11A and the upstream side of a main compressor 13B2 arranged in the main intake pipe 17B, and the EGR pipe 15 is provided with a DOC (an oxidation catalyst) 20 and an EGR valve 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
