<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a spot diameter for all the image height in an image area with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An optical scanner includes a CPU 28 that determines a difference in temperature between a position corresponding to a position where a light beam that enters a focus deviation detection sensor 14 of a scanning lens passes and a position corresponding to a position where a light beam that scans a photoconductor drum of the scanning lens; and moves a main-scanning cylinder lens 3 or a sub-scanning cylinder lens 4 in an optical axis direction on the basis of the difference in temperature and the detection result by the focus deviation detection sensor 14 to correct a spot diameter of the light beam on the photoconductor drum to a predetermined value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
